Greek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 whole boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. fresh uncooked spinach, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 unpeeled lemon, chopped
1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

In a 9-inch square baking pan, spread the olive oil.
Add 2 cloves of garlic and half of the lemon, then layer with half of the chicken.
Mix together in a separate bowl the spinach, Feta cheese, remaining garlic, oregano and parsley.
Layer this mixture over the chicken.
Layer remaining chicken onto mixture and top with remaining lemon and garlic salt.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Baste occasionally.
