Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese (low-fat is better)
    10 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    basil
    thyme
    oregano
    2 cloves minced garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Brown ground beef or turkey and drain.
    Add onion and garlic (bell pepper is optional).
    Add tomatoes, sauce and paste.
    Add spices to taste.
    Cook until onion is done and sauce is very thick.
