Raw Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box cranberries, ground (about 2 c.)
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. orange juice
    rind of 2 oranges
    2 envelopes plain Knox gelatine, dissolved in 1 c. pineapple juice or water
Preparation
    Grate rind of 2 oranges.
    Add gelatine dissolved in pineapple juice or water.
    Mix all ingredients and let congeal.
    Will keep several weeks in refrigerator or you may freeze.
