Cabbage-Tomato Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 C. butter
5 C. shredded cabbage
2 C. chopped peeled tomatoes
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Melt butter in skillet.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover, bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring once.
Uncover and simmer a few minutes to reduce liquid.
Makes 6 servings.
