Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, fried until crisp and diced
3 large onions, chopped
8 large potatoes, diced
1 can whole corn
3 cans creamed corn
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove bacon and saute onions. Combine bacon, onions and potatoes.
Cover with water and cook until tender.
Add whole and creamed corn.
Rinse cans.
Simmer until vegetables are well done.
Add salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
Just before serving, add evaporated milk.
Heat and serve.
