Curried Ham Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed fully cooked ham
    1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
    2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 c.)
    4 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 c.)
    1/3 c. raisins
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Mix ham, pineapple, celery, onions and raisins in medium glass bowl. Stir curry powder into mayonnaise; fold into ham mixture. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 48 hours.
    Stir and sprinkle with toasted coconut, if desired.
