Meat Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 4 Tbsp. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
    1 pkg. regular bologna
    1 pkg. Lebanon bologna
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place cream cheese in bowl and grate onion into it.
    Mix in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    (An electric mixer may be used).
    Cut both bolognas into 3 strips per slice.
    Spread with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
    Roll strips and fasten with a toothpick.
    Refrigerate until served.
    Leftover cream cheese mixture makes a great chip dip too.
