Mediterranean Salad With Balsamic Vinaigrette(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (6 3/4 oz.) cans boneless and skinless pink salmon
    2 lb. cucumbers
    1 lb. tomatoes
    8 oz. Feta cheese
    1 1/4 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    4 Tbsp. rosemary (fresh preferable)
    3 Tbsp. chopped shallots
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Wash, peel and slice cucumbers.
    Wash, core and roughly chop tomatoes. Crumble cheese.
