Party Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. fresh onion
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper
Preparation

Form into 40 meatballs;
brown
in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Cover, cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Drain.
Heat for 10-20 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
