Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    celery
    1 egg
    3 slices bread, soaked in milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Mix together and shape into loaf.
    Pour one can of tomato paste and one can of water.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
