Marinated Green Beans And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed (equals 1/2 tsp. minced)
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 lb. green beans
    6 large potatoes
Preparation
    Cook, drain and cool potatoes and beans.
    Mix all other ingredients in a jar; shake well.
    Pour over vegetables for at least 1 hour (better overnight).
