St. Patrick'S Day Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. miniature chocolate pieces
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix flour, pudding mix, chocolate pieces, sugar and baking powder.
    Combine eggs, milk and extract; stir into first mixture, just until combined.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Cool.
    Frost with 1/2 can cream cheese frosting.
    Sprinkle with green colored sugar.
