Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves (optional)
2 c. chopped or shredded zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream together margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, sour milk and vanilla.
Blend in cocoa, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, cloves and zucchini.
Add chocolate chips.
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
