Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Set oven at 450\u00b0 to preheat.
Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
