Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vinegar
4 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 Tbsp. salt
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. hot pepper
1 c. tomato puree
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients well; pour into quart jar.
Put lid on and refrigerate until ready to use.
Good on spareribs, chicken or sausage.
Also in meat loaf or hamburger patties.
Do not cook, just blend and refrigerate.
Will keep for several weeks.
