Tequila Diablo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 serrano chili, seeded and chopped
    3 c. tomato vegetable juice
    3/4 c. tequila
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice or to taste
    lime wedges for garnish
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, puree the pepper with the tomato vegetable juice; add the tequila, the lime juice and salt to taste and blend the mixture well.
    Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and chill it for 30 minutes.
    Pour the mixture into chilled tall glasses filled with ice cubes and decorate with lime wedges.
    Makes 4 drinks.
