Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless breasts
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium red pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Place chicken into a baking dish that has been sprayed with Weight Watchers spray.
    Slice veggies and mushrooms; lay on top and all around the chicken.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
