Venison Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round venison steak
flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
oil
2 onions (sliced)
2 ribs celery (diced)
1 cup carrots (diced)
2 c. fresh or stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, and pepper.
Dredge steak in flour mixture.
Heat oil in skillet and brown meat.
Place in slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients and cover.
Cook on low 7 1/2-8 1/2 hours.
