Veal With Vegetables Over Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal cubes
    3 zucchini, sliced thin
    4 carrots, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 red pepper, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. white wine
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1 lb. of your favorite pasta
Preparation
    Brown veal cubes in olive oil and garlic.
    Add white wine and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add vegetables and tomato sauce.
    Let simmer until vegetables are firm, but tender.
    Prepare pasta. Pour over pasta and serve with grated cheese.
