Artichoke Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10 oz. pkg.)
    salt and pepper
    1 large can artichoke hearts
    1 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed; drain.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole.
    Stir Parmesan cheese into casserole and also sprinkle some on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
