Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, deboned and cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 or 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. instant cooked rice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, except butter, crackers and almonds.
Place chicken mixture in casserole dish.
Mix together crackers, butter and almonds.
Pour over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
