Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange flavored gelatin
    1 envelope (1 oz.) unflavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple packed in juice, drained (reserve juice)
    2 c. orange juice
    1 container plain yogurt (8 oz.)
    4 carrots, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In small saucepan combine orange flavored and unflavored gelatins, sugar and juice from pineapple.
    Cook over low heat 5 minutes, until gelatins and sugar are dissolved, stirring constantly.
    Transfer to large bowl.
    Add pineapple, orange juice, yogurt, carrots and salt.
    Chill 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
    Coat an 8-cup mold with Pam.
    Pour mixture into mold. Chill overnight until firm.
