Tamale Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (large) half chicken breasts
    2 chicken tamales
    1 can pitted olives
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix garlic powder, pepper and chili powder.
    Rub into skinned chicken.
    Fry lightly, cover with tomatoes and cook on low until tender.
    Debone and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Save 1 cup tomato liquid and tomato chunks.
    Fry onion and green pepper; add cut-up tamales, soup, sour cream, tomato sauce, tomatoes, olives (drained) and chicken pieces.
    Pour into casserole, cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 45 minutes.
