Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. long grain and wild rice with herbs
    1 can celery soup
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
    2 oz. chopped pimientos
    1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
    2 c. diced chicken
    salt and pepper to taste (not too much salt as the soup contains salt)
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
Preparation
    Cook rice by package directions, cooking until not quite done, with a little water left.
    Mix all ingredients and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 10 to 12.
