Pork Normandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 pork chops
    1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 medium apple, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    In skillet in hot oil, cook pork chops about 10 minutes or until browned;
    spoon
    off fat.
    Stir in soup, apple juice, apples, celery and thyme.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover;
    simmer until
    tender,
    stirring
    occasionally.
    Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
    Garnish\twith apple slices, if desired.\tServes 6.
