Ernie'S Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained (do not cook)
    1/2 c. margarine, melted (I use less)
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except the cornbread mix.
    Add mix last. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0. Serve hot.
    Do not overbake.
    Delicious with soup on cold days.
