Egg Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 uncooked pie crust
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together, then beat in eggs.
Add buttermilk and flavoring.
Melt butter and add to mixture.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 until firm, about 40 to 45 minutes.
