Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups water
    2 cups raisins
    1 can applesauce (1 cup)
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons liquid sweetener
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups flour
    1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until dry.
    Cool.
    Add eggs, applesauce, sweetener and oil.
    Add flour, cinnamon and soda mixed together. Pour into a 10-inch tube pan and bake at 350 degree until done. This cake is very tasty.
