Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium egg noodles
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. whipping cream
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    While noodles are cooking, heat butter over medium heat until butter is melted. Stir in cream, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and salt.
    Heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
    Drain noodles; toss with cream mixture until evenly coated.
    Serve warm with Parmesan cheese, grated on top with ground pepper.
