No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 C hot water
1/2 C sugar
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp shortening
1 C warm water (not hot)
2 pkg yeast
5-6 C sifted flour
1 egg
Preparation

Mix hot water, sugar, salt and shortening together in mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit about 5 minutes. Add 2 C flour to the water, sugar, shortening and salt mixture. Beat until very smooth. Add egg and dissolved yeast. Beat until well blended. Stir in remaining flour one cup at a time.
