Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice, cooked
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add bell pepper, celery and onions and cook until onions are clear.
    Add soup; stir in crawfish.
    Add rice and mix well.
    Put in baking dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
