Ingredients

1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
chocolate candy melts or sweetened baking chocolate
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and roll into small balls about 1/2-inch in diameter.
Chill.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over warm water.
Use dipping fork to coat the chilled coconut centers.
Place on waxed paper to harden.
