Beef With Broccoli On Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pepper
    3/4 lb. topside or rump steak strips, salted with garlic
    2 onions, sliced around
    4 oz. dried Chinese egg noodles
    1 tsp. fresh chopped ginger (optional)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 pt. beef stocked broccoli
    m.s.g. (optional)
    oil (for frying noodles)
    carrots (optional), quick cooked, beginning to tender
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling water 5 minutes.
    Drain well. Marinate meat, ginger and soy sauce 30 minutes.
    Heat oil in wok or pan.
    Add meat, stirring constantly, until meat changes color. Mix other dry ingredients and add to beef stock and pour over meat in pan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring.
    Add the onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add broccoli and carrots.
    Cook until hot.
