Deer Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. margarine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix spices with 1 cup water.
    Add ground meat.
    Mix well. Make into 3 to 4 rolls.
    Wrap tightly in foil.
    Seal ends.
    Let set 3 days in refrigerator.
    Put in cold water.
    Bring to boil for 1 hour.
    Take out of water.
    Open foil.
    Drain well, then wrap in foil and place in fridge.
    Slice when cool.
