Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. mustard
4 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. Accent powder
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring continually until mixture thickens.
Add cheese and seasonings. Stir until cheese is melted.
Remove from fire and slowly add egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour in a baking dish. Place dish in pan of hot water and bake 1 hour in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven.
When brown and firm, remove from oven and serve.
