Honey Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. sliced, cooked beets, drained
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, salt and water in a saucepan, stirring until blended.
    Add vinegar, honey and margarine.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add beets and cook until heated through, stirring constantly.
    Yield: 4 servings.
