Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans small young peas, drained
    1 can mushrooms
    2 boiled eggs, cut in cubes
    1/2 Spanish onion or 1 cooking onion
    1 clove garlic, cut fine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Accent, 1 Tbsp. sugar or 1 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Mix all together; pour over the peas and mushrooms and let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
