Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs and margarine. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle melted margarine over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
