Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
    1 can tuna, drained
    2 c. cooked macaroni
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. crumbled crackers
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Blend in flour and salt, add cold milk (all at once) and cheese.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until cheese has melted.
    Add cheese mixture to macaroni.
    Add tuna. Melt margarine in skillet; stir in crackers.
    Pour macaroni mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle crackers over top and bake at 350\u00b0 until crackers are browned.
