Black-Eyed Pea Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Luck's black-eyed peas
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 glove garlic, chopped
    1 can tomatoes (large)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage in large pan, crumbling with a fork; drain. Add green peppers, onions and garlic. Cook 5 minutes, stirring in sausage. Add tomatoes and seasons; stir well. Pour in black-eyed peas with the liquid. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve with grated cheese on top.
