Broiled Dilled Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 salmon fillet
1/2 tsp. dried cilantro
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 medium onion (optional)
1 tsp. dried dill
2 Tbsp. butter
coarse cracked black peppercorns
salt to taste
Preparation

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Place fillet on foil, skin side down.
Brush fillet with melted butter.
Sprinkle evenly with dill, cilantro, pepper and salt.
Top with onions if you wish. Broil until just done, 15 to 25 minutes, depending on thickness of fillet.
Remove from broiler; sprinkle with lemon juice or serve plain with lemon wedge garnish.
