Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces chicken breast
    broccoli
    3 carrots, shredded
    pieces of cauliflower
    1 can water chestnuts
    2 c. peas in the pod (snow peas)
    1 can bamboo shoots
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter to cook the chicken in.
    Add carrots and rest of the ingredients and simmer uncovered.
    Stir constantly.
    Season with salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce.
    Good over rice.
