Cornbread Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    water (3/4 can)
Preparation
    Should be soupy.
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain off fat.
    Add onion, bell pepper, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Add soup and water.
    Stir together and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Pour in casserole dish.
