Casserole Of Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper
    pinch of sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops.
    Heat oil and brown chops.
    Remove them and saute onion and garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Put everything in a casserole dish.
    Cook, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
