Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
3 to 4 c. milk
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) loaf Velveeta cheese
10 to 12 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces and boiled until soft
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan.
When butter is completely melted and bubbly, add flour 1 teaspoon at a time until mixture is thick, but still bubbly.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Add milk, one cup at a time, stirring constantly until mixture resembles gravy. Cut Velveeta into 2-inch cubes.
Add 5 or 6 at a time, until sauce is thick and cheesy.
Drain cooked potatoes and place in large casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is slightly brown and sauce is bubbly.
Serves 12.
