Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
-
Mix in order given.
Pour in unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
