Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Pour in unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
