Christmas Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites (4 for 9-inch or 5 for 10-inch pie)
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
14 Ritz crackers, coarse chopped (16 to 18 for 9-inch or 18 to 20 for 10-inch pie)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. walnuts
2 large pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
Preparation

Add cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until stiff.
Beat in sugar gradually.
Add vanilla and fold in crackers and nuts.
