Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. soft shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix together thoroughly shortening, sugar and peanut butter. Sift in together flour, powder, salt and soda and stir.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes on lightly greased pan.
