Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. sour cream
12 small cooked or canned beets
Preparation

Combine vinegar, butter, salt, pepper and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to melt butter.
Add sour cream and beets; reduce heat.
Simmer until beets are heated through.
Serve immediately.
