Lazy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except hot water in a large bowl for 3 to 4 minutes. Carefully add hot water.
Mix one more minute. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or in 2 round layer pans for 33 to 35 minutes or make cupcakes and bake 20 minutes. Cool, then ice.
